Eric Callis - Basic Radio Class

This class will be held at the ASC Lodge on Rueff Road.  Please register through this page, then send $100 via friends and family via Paypal to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The class will discuss the capabilities of the Baofeng UV5R and Similar radios along with the Wouxun UVD1P radios (they are very similar to each other).  We will walk the menu structure of the radios, discuss optimum settings, discuss accessories and antennas, and build a quick field antenna that will dramatically improve the performance of your radio in the field.  Finally, we will do some field practice, so dress for the weather.
