The venue will open at 4 PM for walk-in voting.  Member swap-meet and social hour starting at 6 PM.  The bar will be open and your attendance is important to set the direction of the club for the next several years.  Bring your club ID to speed the process of voting!

Annual meeting being held at the Villa Park VFW Hall at 39 E Saint Charles Rd, Villa Park, IL 60181,

Annual meeting start at 7 PM.  No voting will be required as we have a white ballot  (same number of candidates and open positions)  winners will be announced by acclimation. 

Swap meet starts at 4:30 P.M. and ends at 7 P.M. Cash bar open.

Annual Membership and Election of Officers and Board Members.

Our meeting and election will be held at the Villa Park VFW, 39E St. Charles Rd., Villa Park, IL, on Saturday, March 22, 2025.

The voting will start at 4 pm - 8:30 pm.

Any member in good standing has the opportunity to run for an Officer or Board Member position. The last day you can announce your candidacy is February 5, 2025. This has to be done in writing. The committee will publish the election slate 30 days before the election.
